Counselor in Training (CIT) 

CIT Program open to ages 15-16.

Sunday drop-off: 2:00PM to 3:30PM
Friday pick-up: 4:00PM to 6:00PM
 

The Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is a one-week initiative for campers ages 16, focusing on leadership, teamwork, skill development, service, and personal growth. CITs actively engage in various camp program areas, learning firsthand how to teach and motivate campers. The program emphasizes team building through exercises and challenges, preparing CITs for collaboration, decision-making, and handling challenges. At the program's conclusion, participants apply their lessons by leading activities for small groups and the entire camp, gaining valuable leadership experience.
